Hurtig Release Form

In consideration of the undersigned being permitted to engage in recreational activities on properties owned by Recreational Facilities Association, Inc. DBA Blaine County Gun Club, located at 105 Ohio Gulch Rd., Hailey, ID 83333, the undersigned does hereby release and discharge Recreational Facilities Association, Inc., their officers, directors, agents or employees from any and all liability unto the undersigned, the personal representatives of the undersigned or the undersigned's heirs for any and all loss, damage, claim of damages or any cause of action resulting from any injury to or death of the undersigned, whether caused by Recreational Facilities Association, Inc., their agents, officers, directors, or employees, or otherwise while the undersigned is on or participating in any activities on the above described real properties.

The undersigned acknowledges that the undersigned is being allowed to participate in certain recreational activities that may include and use of personal property for the purposes which may include handgun, rifle and shotgun shooting, etc. on the real properties as a member and/or guest of Recreational Facilities Association, Inc. and the owner of the real properties, and that such activities involve certain inherent risks of bodily injury, death, or property damage while the undersigned is on the said real properties. Additionally, the undersigned acknowledges that the undersigned assumes the risk of any accident that may arise due to the condition of the personal or real properties, or the use of any personal property. It is the intention of the undersigned to release the above named parties from any and all liability arising from any and all bodily injury, death or property damage involving the undersigned, or their minor children, even that caused by negligence of one or more of the above named parties.

The undersigned understands that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Idaho.

This release shall be binding upon the undersigned, the undersigned's heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns.
