  • Please pay the above fee after approved by mailing a check made out to Town of Lincoln to the Town Office at 29 Main St. You may also pay in-person with an appointment by bringing cash, check, or credit card (2.5% Fee Added) to the Town Office.

  • Building permit fees are based on the fee schedule available on the Code Enforcement Webpage.

     Building Permits are Valid for 180 days after approved, you can contact the Code Enforcement Officer for an extension of 180 Days. After this period, if no work has begun, a new permit and fee will have to be completed and paid.
