Please pay the above fee after approved by mailing a check made out to Town of Lincoln to the Town Office at 29 Main St. You may also pay in-person with an appointment by bringing cash, check, or credit card to the Town Office.
If your estimated construction cost exceeds $100,000, your fee is $250 PLUS $2 for each $1,000 in additional estimated construction costs. The fee cannot exceed $15,000.
Example: My construction costs are $250,000. $250,000 - $100,000 = $150,000 in additional estimated construction costs. $150,000 / $1,000 = 150 x $2 = $300. My permit fee will be $250 + $300 = $550.
