  • IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ:
     
    Minimum for booking:
    The MOQ is 10 units per month with every unit is valued at $70 USD per unit. Any additional unit after the MOQ will be $80 dollars each and a remainder will be paid prior to units being sent back to business owner. Minimums are starting cost and can go up depending on total amount of wigs. 

    Wigs made include U-Part, closure, and frontal wigs.
     
    Terms and Agreements:
     
    Once units are finished, they must be approved that every unit is up to par by business owner before shipping. Due to this and sanitation purposes there are no refunds.
     
    There is complete confidentiality. Every unit made for the business owner is for their brand, and in no way or form should anyone know wigmaker is constructing units for said company besides business owner.
     
    Wigmaker cannot guarantee how hair sent will react to other services the same way they would be able to guarantee quality for the hair they may provide for their personal clients. Therefore, this service is strictly construction. Nor customization or color services will be done by the wigmaker, that is to be completed by business owner.
     
    Wigmaker will properly shampoo and condition all hair that is sent prior to construction, with no other products on top.

    Wigmaker will provide their own thread, needles, wig caps and any other supplies that are needed for the wigmaking process. Business Owner is only responsible to send hair from their brand along with preferred branding accessories such as wig labels. If combs and/or adjustable bands are needed, please make note of it so Wigmaker knows to add that in. 
     
    Business owner must let wigmaker know the deadline all wig units will be needed by. Before sending any items, it is advised to list somewhere how many bundles should be in each unit, the length, unit size, unit type, and the hair texture needed to ensure all units are made properly. Highly recommend arranging the hair accordingly prior to shipping to speed up inventory check and construction process.

    I acknowledge that this is outline of both parties responsibility. In no way or form is this Agreement legally binding, allowing either party to terminate business dealings at anytime. If payment has been provided, Wigmaker must render all services before termination or issue imidiate refund and send back any hair that was sent. If service has been rendered, Business Owner is responsible for remaining payments before termination. 
     
    I, the business owner, am financially responsible for all services contained in this Agreement. Services may not be removed from this Contract once signed and deposit has been processed.
     
    I acknowledge and agree that in the event Nina-Simone in her efforts to enforce any and all terms and provisions of this Agreement incurs legal fees, attorney’s fees, and/or court costs, whether or not legal action is filed, I shall reimburse Nina-Simone for said fees and costs. This Agreement shall be interpreted according to the laws of the State of New York and venue for any litigation arising out of this Contract shall be in Queens County, New York.
     
    Any and all notices sent to me by Nina-Simone shall be sent to the address or email address appearing on Page 1 of this Contract.  Delivery of all notices shall be by either email or U.S. Mail as determined by Nina-Simone in its sole and absolute discretion.
