  • Please note that TL Brow Bar only works on other artists work if it is at least 85% faded and if it is something that we feel comfortable working over. All new clients are considered initial sessions, not touchups. 

    If the previous work is approved, you will receive an email from TL Brow Bar to book an appointment. Please do not book until you are approved.

  • LATE POLICY:
    We have a Late Policy grace period of 5 minutes. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, then your appointment is automatically cancelled and will need to be rescheduled with a new deposit.
    I understand that there is traffic and construction, but we recommend GPS'ing the route before your appointment to arrive on time.

    RESCHEDULE/ CANCEL POLICY:
    Clients are able to reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours before appointment time. If you need to reschedule under 48 hours, a new deposit will be needed to reschedule.

    If you need to cancel your appointment, please text TL Brow Bar at (830-484-4169).

    All cancellations will lose the non-refundable deposit. We recommend rescheduling all appointments to avoid losing the deposit. If you need to cancel 48 hours and less before your appointment, you will also be charged 50% of the remaining balance. If you would like a new appointment at a later date, then it is considered a new appointment with a new deposit.

    If client’s card is declined when trying to charge cancellation fee, client will be blocked and unable to book a future appointment.

    NO SHOW POLICY:
    We have a NO SHOW policy of 100% of the appointment cost. If you no show/no call your appointment time then you will be blocked from rescheduling an appointment in the future. We understand that life happens, but please respect your appointment time and let us know if you are not able to come.

    COVID POLICY:
    If a client needs to reschedule an appointment within 48 hours from appointment due to Covid or Covid exposure, a new appointment needs to be scheduled that day for 3-4 weeks later. If client does not want to re-schedule, then they will lose their deposit and be treated as a same day cancellation with 50% of cost. MUST RE-SCHEDULE to not be charged 50% cancellation fee.
