Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment I require a credit card on file. I kindly ask that if you need to change, cancel, or reschedule your reservation that you please do so 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee priced at 50% of time booked or 2 hours, whichever is less. Appointments missed without notice (no call/no show) will be subject to a fee priced at the full cost of the service scheduled or 2 hours of time booked, whichever is less. The card listed on file under the guests’ profile will be subject to immediate charge at the time of missed appointment.
Late Policy
I look forward to giving you a great experience. In order to get the most out of your time booked, it is important to arrive on time. Guests who are late up to 15 minutes may require modification to their booked appointment. If your goals cannot be be met with the suggested modifications, the late cancellation policy will be in place. Should I run behind I will do my best to reach out to you in a timely manner. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to my lateness there will be no charge.
Re-do Policy
I stand behind my work 100%. I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you have challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I’m happy to address the issue with no additional charge.
