    Vendor Application

    Place: Quincy Robison City Park SW Fourth and Alder St. Warrenton, OR 

    Hours: 11am to 3:30 (Set up starts at 8:00am.  Vendors must be ready for the public by 10:30.  If you need more time, leave a comment below and arrangements can be made.)

    Fee: $10.00 per 10x10 space (Fee will be collected on day of event during check in) Please make checks out to SUW.  

    **No fee for 501(c)(3) non-profits.  List ID # with company name.**

  • Each Vendor must supply their own tables, chairs, canopies and garbage containers

    Each Vendor must supply their own change for transactions

    Wi-fi is not available 

    Only Food Vendors may request electricity or use a generator (use the comment box for that request)

    Oregon law requires that all food vendors (except those redeemed exempt) or food service activities open to the public must be licensed PRIOR to operation.  For more information,
