Upload any photos you would like to add to your design. Please NO blurry or low quality pictures. Provide high quality photos ONLY. If the quality is low, it will not be used. If you have more than 3 pictures, please do not upload; email them to jaaidesignz@gmail.com.

PAYMENTS

Payments must be sent immediately after your form is submitted. Payment options will be available on the thank you page and in your submission email. If you do not receive a submission email, please email jaaidesignz@gmail.com for payment options. Your form will not be acknowledged without a payment. All confirmations are sent via email at closing time on business days only (please refer to Terms and Conditions for business hours). If you do not receive a confirmation from me within an hour after the specified times, please email jaaidesignz@gmail.com with your submission and payment confirmation.
