Our programs are designed for one class at a time (approximately 25 students). This ensures the Park Interpreter can interact with each student to provide a quality experience. There is typically only one Park Interpreter available per park.

Schools wishing to bring two classes to the park may be able to have the classes rotate through programs with the Park Interpreter, with teachers/group leaders providing self-guided activities.

Schools wishing to bring more than two classes may be required to book multiple days.

You must provide the minimum number of adult supervisors as per the student ratios listed:

Pre-school & Kindergarten: 1 adult per 4 students.
Grades 1-3: 1 adult per 5 students
Grades 4-6: 1 adult per 8 students
Grades 7-12: 1 adult per 10 students

Teachers and adult supervisors are responsible for the conduct and supervision of all participants at park facilities and interpretive programs at all times.

Park Interpreters are program facilitators only and are not to be included in the number adult supervisors.
