    This Site Survey will allow you to confirm which EV Charger you wish to purchase. It will allow us to confirm that the site is suitable for the installation of an EV Charger and the cost of installation. Please note : you will need to be able to upload photos and/or a video to complete this survey. PLEASE NOTE: We currently only service North, North West and North East London and Herts.   • Would you like the charger to be wall-mounted (Standard) or free-standing (*additional cost) [*free-standing option currently only available for Easee One] ?
  • Standard Residential electricity supplies allow for a fast-charger of 7kWh. If your property has a three-phase supply and believe that it could support an 11kWh or 22kWh charger, please indicate below.
  • Tethered or Untethered? - the Zappi and Simpson are available in both tethered and untethered models. If you have chosen either of these, please select which model you require.

  • Underneath your electricity meter are the main fuses which protect your fuse board. These need to be a certain size to be able to handle a fast (7kWh) charger. Please try to identify the size by looking for a sticker which will read either 40A, 60A, 80A or 100A. If you have three 100A fuses you have a 3-Phase system.

  • So what happens next?

    Our Experts will look over your submission and send you a confirmed quote based on the information which you have provided us. 

    The quote will take into account the model you have selected and the the complexity involved in the installation.

    Once you are happy to proceed we will ask you to make a payment, which you can do securely online.

    Then we will arrange a date and time for installation. We will arrange for the installation to take place as soon as possible following payment, subject to our T&C's.

    After installation you will be covered by our one year installation guarantee, which is independant of the charger unit manufacturers warranty.
