    Indiana High School Mock Trial
  • We ask that your school have only ONE primary contact. All Indiana Mock Trial communication will go to your school's primary contact.


  • If you are not a school employee, it is assumed the school has authorized you to be the primary contact for its mock trial program.  You will follow the school's procedures and policies for transporting students, field trips, and spending money on registration fees on behalf of the school.  

  • The Indiana Bar Foundation has a rule on civility for the mock trial competition (Rule 1.3). It is expected that each mock trial team adviser will share this rule with their students, legal advisers, parents, etc. All persons associated with any mock trial team are expected to follow the civility policy.

  • Mock Trial Diversity Initiative

    The Indiana Bar Foundation Mock Trial Diversity Initiative Grant is an effort of the Foundation and its partners to increase participation of mock trial statewide for majority-minority and under-resourced schools through the reduction of financial and systemic barriers to participation.

    The grant is awarded to schools based upon a set of guidelines which can be found here.

  • Registration: $200/team or $100/team that are new to the mock trial program or have not participated in the previous three years

    Registration deadline is December 17, 2021. A $30/team late fee will be added after the deadline.
