Expectations of Wedding Vendors
Hummingbird wants to make the EXPO affordable to all vendors who wish to display their service and/or products. This is one EXPO that wants to put the success of the vendor first.
Hummingbird Wedding EXPO fee is $25.00 per vendor, not the usual $300 - $500 fee other venues may charge.
In return, Hummingbird wants each vendor to invest the difference in price and make their display area awesome. Please note, each vendors display will be viewed from two sides. Outside area will be for the General Public. Inside Area will be for the Micro Weddings and their Guest.
Each vendor will be allowed to bring a pop-up tent, up to 4 tables, and all the decor needed to have your booth represent your service or product beautifully.
Throughout the day, every couple will have up to twenty (20) guest attend their Micro Wedding. Each vendor is asked to have samples/gifts for each Micro Wedding Guest (20). Total number of samples will be provided to each vendor on or before November 1st.
Also, the Wedding Expo portion is free to the General Public. Please consider how you wish to display and/or sample/gifts to the General Public (samples are optional to the General Public.) However, samples/gifts must be provided to all Micro Wedding participants. Please keep samples for the General Public seperate from the Micro Wedding samples/gifts Display.
