Registration Fee Information
Annual Fees for Faith Formation and Sacramental Preparation:
- K - 2 Faith Formation $43 PER CHILD
- 3 - 5 Faith Formation $63 PER CHILD
- First Reconciliation/First Eucharist Sacramental Fee is an additional $30 PER CHILD ~ (must also register for K-5 Faith Formation program)
- 6 - 12 YM Faith Formation $63 PER CHILD
- Confirmation Sacramental Fee (Grades 9 & 10 OR 10 & 11 OR 11 & 12) is an additional $25 PER CHILD per year ~ (must also register for 6-12 YM Faith Formation UNLESS child attends Catholic School)
Payment Options:
- We will be offering a slight discount to those families who pay with cash or check. Cash or check payments may deduct $3/child from the Faith Formation fee ONLY. There is NO discount on the Sacramental fee.
- Cash payments will be accepted in-person only at the Parish Office.
- Checks should be payable to: Corpus Christi Church. Please note your child's name and grade on the memo line of your check to distinguish a faith formation fee payment from a regular church donation.
  - Checks can be dropped off at the Parish Office or in the collection baskets during Mass. *Please indicate on the envelope "Faith Formation Payment".
  - You may mail your check to: Corpus Christi Church, 2001 Route 9, Round Lake, NY, 12151
- Online Payments: You may make your Faith Formation and Sacramental Preparation payments online. We will be offering a slight discount to those families who pay with cash or check.
- No child will be refused faith formation if the family cannot pay the fee. Please call the office if you would like to discuss an arrangement.

- Once you have completed and submitted this registration form, you should receive an email confirming the registration. Also included in the email will be a direct link to WeShare, our secure online payment site.
- You can always find the WeShare ONLINE payment link on the BOTTOM of the opening page of the Corpus Christi website (corpuschristichurch.net).
