POLICIES
•Registration fee of $30 per family is due upon the time of registration.
•Costumes are required for each class. Recreational Costumes range between $60-$100, depending on the style of dance & age division. Costumes are billed in February.
•There will be an NSF fee of $30 added for any returned cheques or auto payments.
•A credit card must be kept on file for all dancers. In the event of a late (beyond 7 days past due) payment, a $10 late fee will be added to your invoice.
•All payments must be in prior to the start of the 1st class. Students will not be permitted into class until full payment is made or installments are up to date.
•STUDENTS MUST BE PROPERLY DRESSED FOR EACH CLASS, STREET CLOTHING WILL NOT BE PERMITTED, EXCEPT FOR HIP HOP CLASSES (NO JEANS) & CLEAN, INDOOR SHOES MUST BE WORN.
•Precisions Dance Company is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
•Precisions Dance Company reserves the right to restrict, limit, eliminate, combine or change any classes or instructors as it deems necessary.
•NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR TERMINATION OF CONTRACT. If a dancer chooses to not complete their dance season, the parent or guardian signed below is responsible for completing payments on tuition and costumes, to buyout the space held in class(es) and any costumes ordered for the dancer. Credits will remain on your account for future use.
•In the event of a government mandated closure, we will resume classes virtually or outdoors if permitted. You may opt out of these classes & put membership on hold or cancel remaining monthly payments. We require 14 days notice prior to next payment date. Year in Full members will have the option to put membership on hold and the credit will remain on your account for up to 1 year.
