  • Please only submit this form for issues relating to FS8 equipment EXCLUDING the Reformer. Reformer claims can not be processed here. Please contact FS8 head office for information on Reformer warranty claims. 

    Your Manufacturer's Warranty covers the structural integrity of the equipment, so long as the equipment is fit for its primary purpose.

    This warranty does not include:

    • General wear and tear
    • Cosmetic damage
    • Misuse leading to Damage
    • Incorrect installation 
    • Improper storage
    • Poor maintenance

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    DEFINITIONS

    Est. Lifespan: The estimated lifespan of an item before it is recommended to be replaced. For the purposes of the Warranty Policy, Est. Lifespan does not mean the Warranty Period.
    Exclusions: Means the acts or usage that are excluded from or that will void any Warranty.
    Maintenance: Means the maintenance that must be performed to maintain the item and allow a valid Warranty claim.
    Warranty Period: Means the period commencing on the date of delivery of the equipment, and expiring at the time as set out in the Lifespan, Warranty and Maintenance Table, within which the manufacturer will repair or replace any item that is defective, except where that defect has risen as a result of intentional or negligent misuse by any person, or as specified within the Exclusions clause. In the event that the information provided by the manufacturer is inconsistent with the information set out in the Lifespan, Warranty and Maintenance Table, the details provided by the manufacturer will prevail.
