CSYO Bursary Application Form

The Friends of CSYO provide a general subsidy to all members for courses, and provide reduced rates for post 18 students and additional members of the same family. The Friends of CSYO, through their own funds and through grants from other charitable bodies, are also able to offer additional help to those parents/students who are unable to meet the cost of courses. The bursary amount will be determined by the number of applicants, how much funding is available and the information you submit. Bursary recipients are expected to commit to all 3 courses. Any information you give will be kept confidential. If you are uncomfortable answering any of the questions below you do not have to answer. However please be aware that the more information you give the better you will assist us in making a decision as to what support we can provide.
