1. Please let us know if the SIGNER is in the US or International
2. All US signers are subject to a 2 stage Identity process.
3. Signers & clients will receive an email from your Notary with links to the video conference and information on how to validate your identity.
4. Please note: remote online notary sessions take about 15 minutes for individual documents and 30 minutes for Closing documents.
5. Title Companies - please share the documents with your signers before the appointment time. This will help us provide a smooth Closing experience.
6. Individual customers: payment is due immediately after services. Documents will not be sent to you unless payment has been received.
7. Cost: US Signers: $25 for each notarial act. International Signers: $ 55 for each notorial act.
8. Missed or last minute rescheduled appointments charges: $10 fee for individuals, $50 for closings or large documents packages.
