Due to the current food shortage and the price of inflation all order request must be quoted on an individual basis. We take pride in selecting the best quality food to put on our smoker as it takes upwards of 14 hours to smoke certain items like the beef brisket. When placing a request one must consider the labor hours and cost of materials like charcoal and hardwood which is often scares and expensive. All of our beef is hand selected from local butcher shops, Wholefoods, or fresh market because we only use prime grade to assure the best quality possible all of our seafood and chicken follows the same protocols unless your order a bulk box of 40 pounds or more. Bulk chicken is sourced through restaurant depot unless you request it sourced from wholefoods. All catering orders must meet a $500 dollar minimum order and require a 60% percent non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be due 48 hours before your event. All weddings or events with more than 75 people must be scheduled 6 months in advance and the final payment must be paid two weeks prior to the event.An additonal fee will be added to cover the cost of staffing if you book a large event after the 6 month mark. Delivery, service,catering supplies, and travel expenses will added on a qoute by qoute bases.
