📦 Boxed Lunches – $350 minimum
Includes sandwich, chips, bottled water, BBQ sauce & utensils
$13 per meal: Pulled Pork, Spicy Jerk Chicken, Smoked Jackfruit
$14 per meal: Texas-Style Prime Brisket (20 sandwich minimum)
Buffet-style upgrade available for $65 (includes warming kit)

🍽 Standard Catering – $750 minimum
Ideal for small gatherings (10 or fewer guests)
Pick-up or drop-off available
Entrées include 2 standard sides

Premium side upgrade: +$3/person
Split entrée (e.g., Chicken & Pork): +$2/person
Brisket, Turkey, or Ribs require 20 plate minimum

Your all-in-one pricing package may include:

Staffing & labor
Equipment rentals (warmers, chafers, buffet décor)
Gas, propane & travel (for food truck or smoker)
On-site setup, coordination, and clean-up
No hidden fees – everything is clearly listed in your final quote.

📝 Booking, Contracts & Payment
Signed Catering Contract required to confirm service
Events under $2,500 or within 90 days: Full payment required at booking
Larger events may reserve with a 60% non-refundable deposit
Final balance due 30 days before the event
Pricing may adjust if food costs rise 15% or more (advance notice provided)
One-on-one consultation & custom menu design available only with Live Fire and Red Carpet packages
