• Troop Camping Reservation Form Camp Kettleford

  • To make a reservation, choose your location and rental items from the GSGWM Troop Camping Guide. Check availability of the dates and locations on the Property reservation calendar online.

    Reservations must be made at minimum of four weeks in advance.

    Submit this form with documentation of First Aid/CPR, GSGWM training, and payment information. Incomplete forms delay processing. Reservations are processed every Tuesday in the order in which they were received.

    When you submit this form, you will recieve a pdf of your information; this is confirmation that we have received your reservation request. If you don't receive the confirmation email, please check your junk mail.

  • Troop Camping Overnight Rental Information

    Overnight camping rentals are from 5pm - 11am; rentals over consecutive days include the period from 11am-5pm between rentals.

    If your group is arriving on Saturday, and wants to arrive between 11am and 5pm; please choose the day use arrival fee from the options menu below. 

    If your group wishes to arrive between 8am and 11am on the day of the rental, please choose the early arrival fee from the options menu below.

  • First Aid and CPR: All outdoor activities require an adult certified in First Aid and CPR.

    To rent the sleeping space, add the number of nights to the unit you would like to reserve. 

  • Additional Specialist Activities: See the GSGWM Troop Camping Guide and Safety Activity Checkpoints for requirements for lifeguard certification, and boating and archery requirements. Personal watercraft are not permitted at GSGWM waterfronts. If you are providing your own qualified activity leader(s), you will need to submit certification documents with this application. Payment will not be processedwithout certification.

We agree that members of our group will be respectful of each other, the facility, and the environment. We understand that the processing of payment does not guarantee site reservation, and that until we receive a GSGWM confirmation, the space is not yet booked for our use. We understand that GSGWM properties may be rented to multiple groups at a time, and we will be respectful and promote the Girl Scout Promise and Law with other groups and in shared spaces of the property.
