This form is for preliminary approval only. Reservation is not final until deposit is made and we have a signed receipt of Bering's Wedding Policies & Procedures Booklet.

Space Fees:

For members

Space fees are at the discretion of the pastor.

*All other fees apply as listed.

For non-member

$1700 *Wedding in the Sanctuary

$700 Use of Fellowship Hall for Reception

Requires a $500 non-refundable reservation deposit that will be deducted from the total cost of the wedding.

*The fees above include use of the

Dressing Rooms, parking lot, minister honorarium, the church coordinator (by appointment only), one hour rehearsal, and related services for two hours before through one and-one-half hours after the wedding begins.

*Wedding party is responsible for removing all decorations, personal items, or anything else not provided by the church.

Additional Fees

$200 Sound/Livestream Tech (ceremony only)

$200 Organist/pianist (ceremony only)

$200 Custodial/Building Support (up to 4 hours, $25 each additional hour. Paid directly to individual)

A $200 non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be deducted from the total cost of the wedding.
