If you have an existing Seint account, are currently a client of another Seint Artist, or have previously worked with another Seint Artist, it is very likely that you have an account that is tied to that Artist. I will only color match my own customers. If you are tied to another Artist, but would like me to color match you, you will need to send an email to Seint Customer Service and request that your account be moved under me (Melinda Koslovsky, Artist #1046258).
