Before proceeding, please read the following:

The Water Works Pool Rental: Our indoor water park is available for rent without a birthday party package. To rent The Water Works, please complete The Water Works Pool Rental Request Form.

Outdoor Pool Rental Request: Our outdoor pools (Atcher Island and Meineke Pool) are available for rent during the summer season without a birthday package. To rent an outdoor pool, please complete the Outdoor Pool Rental Request Form.

If you would like to continue submitting your request for a Splashaway Party, please proceed!

Cost: $450 (resident)/$500 (non-resident) for up to 15 guests; $10 fee for each additional guest. All persons entering pool area must be counted as party participants—including non-swimming adults. There is a minimum requirement of one adult for every eight children younger than age 9 and/or one adult for every ten children ages 9-14.

Our Splashaway Party Package Includes:
- 1 hour in a party area, a party host, tables, chairs, colored tablecloths and paperware
- 2 hours of swim time (during public swim) at The Water Works Indoor Water Park (available year-round) or Atcher Island Outdoor Water Park (only available June-August)

Considerations
A $100 deposit (credit card or cash only) is required to reserve the party date. The $100 deposit will be deducted from your final balance. Additionally, charges will be based on the number of guests in attendance on the day of the event.*
All outside vendors must be approved by Schaumburg Park District. We require a Certificate of Insurance from all outside vendors at least two weeks in advance, with Schaumburg Park District listed as additionally insured.*
Splashaway parties take place during open swim. Only private pool rentals outside of open swim hours provide private swimming time.*

Parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Parties are finalized when the deposit is processed. Our staff will email you within three business days to confirm availability.
