Please choose one of the following options for your student(s) at dismissal time. This will be your main mode of pickup and if any long term changes need to be made at a later date, then you will need to fill this form out again. If temporary changes need to be made from day to day, you must contact the front office before 2 PM. (Please contact the office before 12 PM on minimum days.)
Note: TK/Kinder dismisses at 2:45 PM. The car line will open at 2:45 PM. If you have students in multiple grade levels including TK or Kinder, please wait to pick up until 3:15 PM or 3:30 PM if you have 5th/6th graders. The car line will open at 3 pm for 1st-4th. 5th/6th will dismiss at 3:30. We encourage parents to NOT line up early along Linden and Rustin.
