  • *SCHEDULING CHANGES 

    Please bear with us as we adjust to our Pet Parents returning to our schedules for daily dog walking and vacation care needs. Our response times might be longer.

    Changes to Note:

    • Home Access: We’ve updated many of our Pet Parents to a keyless entry system. If you haven't scheduled visits with us recently, we'll need to coordinate specifics with you prior to your next visits.
    • Advanced Notice: Whenever possible, please schedule evening, weekend, and kitty care visits as far in advance as possible — the more notice, the better.
    • Time Windows: We may need more flexibility with visit timing.
    • Pet Cards: We are no longer leaving paper cards at each visit. We'll be providing real-time updates instead.

    *Recurring midday dog walking schedules help us A LOT. Recurring, consistent schedules allow us to plan ahead and begin rehiring our staff. If this is a possibility for you, please see the link above to schedule.

  • Visit requests that require attention before 9:00am of the next business day will alert an on-call staff member.  On-call visits are subject to availability and may incur a $35 on-call fee.  If you do not agree, please correct your visit date/time selections above.
