    -High quality photos (low quality photos will NOT be used)

    -Collection names for products (examples for fashion website: tops, bottoms, and sets)

    -Instagram account info (optional: if you would like for your feed to be displayed on your website)

      • PAYMENTS

        A 50% deposit for orders OVER $350 must be sent immediately after your form is submitted. Anything $350 and below must be paid in full at time of booking. Payment options will be available on the thank you page and in your submission email. Your form will not be acknowledged without a payment. All confirmations and word documents are sent via email at closing time on business days only (please refer to Terms and Conditions for business hours). If you do not receive a confirmation from me by the specified time, please email jaaidesignz@gmail.com with your submission and payment confirmation.
