After submission you will receive a follow up call from one of our directors who will provide you with orientation information and instructions on how you can submit your $100 required registration fee. Enrollment is not considered complete until your form is received and registration fee has been paid. As a friendly reminder, prior to your child's first day of attendance tuition must also be current. We look forward to serving you and your Future Scholars!
