If you are interested in being tattooed, please fill out the following accordingly.
DISCLAIMER

Your artist will be picking projects that best align with their work and their style, and will reach out to you no longer than 5 days after your form is submitted. Your name will officially enter your artist’s calendar after they have reached out and the deposit has been sent. Your artist books out 1-2 months in advanced. Refer to the last page for more information on the final booking process. Thank you for your consideration!

The current minimum is $150. Depending on your project, your artist will be charging by piece or by the hour.

Booking Process Once Approved for Tattoo Appointment

Your artist will be contacting you through your preferred method of contact with a set price once your project has been approved. You will then send a deposit to secure your appointment with you artist.
Deposits

Deposits average at $100. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are only refunded if your artist is the one canceling your appointment. For a reschedule you will have to pay another deposit. After 2nd reschedule, you will forfeit both deposits and you will not be tattooed. Your artist works around all of their clients schedules. Please be mindful of their time, thank you!

Studio Rules

To prevent sickness, your artist will be wearing a mask, you are not required to. Please reschedule if you are feeling sick. No guests are allowed unless you ask and your artist states otherwise (due to minimal space in studio). Any disrespect, inappropriate behavior, or breaking of few studio rules will forfeit your deposit and will get you kicked out/blacklisted. Baptized in Blood Tattoos is a safe space and anyone who threatens that is not welcome.
Scheduling and Timing

Your artist works all days of the week starting any time from 3-4pm onward except on Mondays. Your artist plans their week schedule around you and other clients. Once deposit and price are agreed upon, your artist will offer their availability and you can choose a date. A time will be officially set the day before the appointment. Your artist is open to work after hours if you are a working client with a tight schedule, just let them know.
