How do I pay for my order?
An invoice will be sent to your phone to be paid via card. Payments are due before we can purchase your special order. If payment is not submitted by the invoice due date, then your order is voided until paid.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are placed on Sunday evenings at 8pm. Expect to pick up your purchase on Wednesday or Thursday!
Where do I pick up my order?
I will let you know when you can pick your order up at the spa. Your order will be available at the front desk. Please contact us about scheduling a pick up! Venus Esthetics is located at 6429 Georgetown N Blvd., Suite 2, Fort Wayne, IN.
How will I be notified when my order is ready?
Your service provider will inform you when your order is complete.
How do I get my order shipped to my home?

Contact your service provider to purchase samples to hold you over until your order arrives. If your product is out of stock we will suggest another product on hand instead.
