True Success Job: We ensure that your child receives the quality services. We assess your child's learning abilities, weaknesses and strength. We formulate a plan to help your child achieve their goals according to his/her ability. Further we provide status and goal reports.
Payments: Payments for on-demand are due in full 24-hours prior to services.
Payments that are in-advance are due the first of the month or Monday of each week. Please keep in mind that advance pay is a minimum of 4- hour sessions
Cancellations/Postponements: Cancellations and postonements should be 24 hours in advance. Only in cases of emergency can a session be cancelled within the 24 hours. If the client notifies the tutor of cancellation or postponement of services at the time of the session, there is a $25 fee. If the tutor is late to a session, the tutor will make up the time. If the client is late to the session, the tutor will work for the remainder time left. Completing the full hour of the session is left to the tutor's discretion. When services have been paid for in advance, and cancellation/postponement between the client or tutor has been issued, funds are rolled over to the next service date.
Refunds: It is not our policy to refund payments due to the postponement or cancellation of services. However, we honor refunds only when services are not used and company and client relationship is terminated. Refunds take up to 10 business days to process.
