Program Details
Challenge Success School Team
Each school in the School Program assembles a core team to drive the Challenge Success efforts. These 10-person teams are composed of administrators, teachers, counselors, students, parents, and the principal/head of school. Participants will attend both the Fall and Spring Conferences and will meet as a team throughout the school year.

Conferences
Each team attends 2 in-person conferences in the fall and spring. The two-day Fall Conference includes interactive presentations, research-based workshops, community-building between school teams, and time allotted to work on your school team’s action plan. The Spring Conference date will be announced once we have all schools' spring break dates.
