- If funded, I agree to submit a Summary Report form to the SaskOrchestras by September 30 of each year. I understand that this is required in order to receive the final payment of the Bursary.
- I agree to acknowledge the financial support of the SaskOrchestras, SaskCulture and teh Saskatchewan Lotteries Trust Fund whenever possible.
- I authorize SaskOrchestras ro publicly release my name, home community, project description and the amount of the approved bursary.
- I agree to provide photography for SaskOrchestras reports and applications if available.
- I accnt the conditios of the programand agree to diregt all questions concerning the results of this application to SaskOrchestras.
- I understand that funds granted to me by SaskOrchestras are to be used solely for the purpose described herein, and any funds not used for this purpose shall be returned.
