Dear Parents,

Due to Covid-19 and an effort to be Virus Free, we ask that all children, over the age of two, apply hand sanitizer upon entry to the school and as needed throughout the day. They will be supervised and assisted by staff.

The school will provide the hand sanitizer for your child with an alcohol concentration of 70% or higher.

Please sign the consent below to provide permission for the application of hand sanitizer. Hand Sanitizer will not be applied without written consent. Students will not be permitted in the school without hand sanitizer. If you should have any questions regarding hand sanitizer application, please call the office at 905-470-9751.
