PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING:

Once you click submit, you will be redirected to the online booking page and will schedule your first appointment.
If you are unable to book an appointment that works well for you, please use the waitlist form: https://form.jotform.com/thebeautyoasiscp/waitlist and I will reach out to you as soon as there is a cancellation/time that opens up for you at your convienence.

You will receive an email shortly after booking your appointment letting you know your appointment has been accepted as well as a quick consultation form to ensure we have a successful service.

You'll also be recieving multiple follow up emails from me that will have your Digital Welcome Packet as well as information on how to prepare for your appointment. Make sure to download, and take a look at it so you feel confident, excited and prepared for your first appointment with me.
