GENERAL INFORMATION

Birthday Parties are scheduled on Saturdays & Sundays from 2-4 pm. Weekdays may also be available upon request. Extra time is available for an additional fee. Parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.

All parties are at our adoption center/boutique at 4045 Skippack Pike in Skippack Village.

The doors will be opened at 1:30 pm for set up, and clean up will be allowed until 4:30 pm.

Basic parties inlude space for 10 children PLUS the birthday child. Additional children can be added for an additional fee. Parent(s) of the birthday child are expected to stay and parents of other children are welcome to stay, but we do have limited space in our boutique.

Children under the age of 5 will not be allowed into our cat rooms for safety purposes. Only 5 people (Children or Adults) will be allowed into a cat room at a time. Please note that we may need to close one or both cat rooms for safety depending on the mood of our cats, but this is rare.

Please note: We offer a picture booth, coloring pages, tatoos, a giftbag for the party child, and our cat rooms for all basic parties. Some additional items are included with specialty parties. You are welcome to plan other games and/or crafts. Weather permitting, we do have outdoor space for games as well. If you wish to have food at your party we will have a table available, but Pawsibilities does not provide any food.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the sign-up form has been submitted. All requested party dates must be verified prior to finalization. You can email us first to inquire about availability, or submit your form/payment and we will verify at that point. If your requested date is not open, you can select another date or receive a refund (if payment was already made). REFUND POLICY

Refunds will not be offered except on a case-by-case basis for emergencies and illnesses at the sole discretion of PAWSibilities Animal Rescue management. Rescheduling your date is an option for illness, emergencies or difficult weather conditions.

Covid Policy

PAWSibilities is not requiring masks for birthday parties, but masks are always welcome. All of our staff is vaccinated and may be wearing masks.

We have the right to change our policy and require masks in our facility after you sign up, so please keep this in mind. If you opt to not have your birthday party because of a mask requirement, you will be forfeiting your payment per our refund policy.

Timing Policy

You will be allowed to enter PAWSibilities at 1:30 to begin set up and may stay until 4:30 for clean up. Other guests will be allowed only from 2-4 pm.

PAWSibilities is providing a space and some activities for the birthday party, but we do not plan all of the items that come with a birthday party. You can expect about an hour of the time to be filled with an overview of our rescue, tour of our cat rooms, and cat room activities, but the other hour of entertainment will be up to you. Our cat rooms will remain open the entire time if the cats' temperaments allow it, but often other activities/crafts are necessary to fill the 2-hour time block.

BELOW IS OUR RELEASE OF LIABILITY. All guests attending must sign a release of liability at drop-off. Please sign your copy below. Copies will be provided for your guests as they arrive. The adult dropping off will be the responsible party signing for all kids in their car.
Birthday Party Waiver Of Liability

PARTICIPATION. I understand that Pawsibilities Animal Rescue is making its facility available for my child to participate in the birthday party hosted here during the specified time. When I am present, it is my primary responsibility to accompany my child and make sure he or she is safe and is acting in a way to keep other children, parents/guardians and animals safe. My child is in good health and able to participate safely.

WAIVER AND RELEASE In consideration of myself and/or my child’s participation in the Pawsibilities Animal Rescue birthday party experience and other activities, the undersigned as parent/legal guardian of the minor identified below hereby agrees to hold harmless, release, waive, forever discharge and covenant not to sue Pawsibilities Animal Rescue and its administrators, directors, agents, servants and employees, all of which are hereinafter referred to as “Releasee’s” from any and all liability to my child and myself along with our heirs, assigns and next of kin for any and all claims demands, losses or damages on account of injury, including death or damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasee’s or otherwise.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK. It is further agreed that the undersigned is fully aware of the nature and extent of the potential hazards and risks of children working with and /or near shelter animals and/or experiences that may arise, and agrees to assume those risks and to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless all of the releasee’s mentioned above who (through negligence, carelessness or otherwise) might be liable to my child, myself or my heirs or assigns for damages. The undersigned releases, waives, forever discharges and covenants not to sue the Releasee’s for any and all loss or damage to personal property that may occur while participating in the Pawsibilities Animal Rescue birthday party experience.

INDEMNITY. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pawsibilities Animal Rescue from any and all losses, liabilities, claims,expenses, actions or proceedings of any kind which may be initiated by myself, including on behalf of my child, or any other person or entity related to, arising out of, or in any way connected with my child’s participation in activities at, with, or sponsored or administered by the Releasee. This includes reimbursement for all legal costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by Releasee, myself, and other indemnified parties, or any of them, for the defense of any such actions.

MEDICAL EXPENSES. I will pay for my child’s and my own emergency medical expenses and all subsequent medical expenses in the event of any incident, accident, illness or incapacity, regardless of whether I have otherwise authorized such expenses. The undersigned hereby grants permission to Pawsibilities Animal Rescue to utilize and authorize any medical emergency services it deems necessary for the below-named minor(s).

TETANUS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND VACCINE WAIVER

I understand that due to my/my child’s participation in activities with animals, I/my child may be at an increased risk of being exposed to tetanus. I know that I/my child have the option of being vaccinated at a medical facility of my own choosing at my expense. I understand that by declining vaccination(s), I continue to be at risk of acquiring serious diseases associated with such infectious agents and I accept full responsibility for this, holding Pawsibilities Animal Rescue, its affiliates, business associates, employees and any other associated organization harmless.

PHOTO RELEASE

Photos/Videos of children may be taken throughout the event and used on flyers, our website, and all other media. Please indicate below if Pawsibilities Animal Rescue may reproduce and/or publish photos/videos taken of your child. Please sign below to indicate you agree to these conditions.
