GLAMPING TENTS – Woodford Folk Festival 2026-27
Thank you for registering your Expression of Interest for Glamping at the Woodford Folk Festival 2026/27. We’re pleased to share an update, including confirmed pricing and what’s included in the Glamping experience.
Glamping Price 2026/27
The cost for a Glamping tent for the 2026/27 Festival is $6,200.00 plus booking fees.
Patrons who have completed an Expression of Interest will be contacted first by email when tickets go live on 2nd March 2026 at 10am AEST.
Woodfordia’s gorgeous permanent glamping tents accommodate up to 4 people (1 queen bed and 2 singles in a bunk bed configuration). The tents have an ensuite (with hot shower), a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, dining table and all your crockery and cutlery needs. There is an indoor lounge area and outdoor deck with its own BBQ. Rooms are fully furnished along with all sheets and towels. Our glamping tents are fully screened and lockable.
The glamping tents are located close to the festival entrance in the season camping grounds – making it easy to pop back to camp for a relax between gigs. It is also just a stroll away for an early morning or midday swim in the lake. Parking for a single car is accommodated near the tents.

A complimentary vehicle at campsite pass, allowing you to park at your campsite for easy access.
A special welcome gift basket, featuring a festival programme, day guide, and a few extra surprises.
Exclusive Early Bird access to Season with Camping tickets, with Glamping guests guaranteed access to our first-round discounted ticket allocation. (Festival tickets launch in May 2026)
Important Information
Accommodation Dates: 26 December 2026 – 2 January 2027 (7 nights accommodation)
Festival Tickets: All Glamping guests require a valid Season with Camping festival ticket. These tickets are guaranteed for Glamping patrons and available at our first-round discounted price.
Glamping Ticket Sales: Glamping tickets will go on sale on the 2nd March 2026 at 10am AEST– please keep an eye on your inbox for a link to book a glamping tent.
Festival Ticket Sales: Festival tickets will go on sale in May 2026, exact date to be announced.
We appreciate your interest in Glamping at Woodford and encourage you to jump on quickly to secure one of our 20 Glamping Tents when tickets go on sale to avoid missing out.
