I {name} agree to pay the sum of $550 monthly for usage of Private room 3 and common area privileges. This agreement will commence on the 1st day of December 2024

Automatic renewal of this agreement is assumed. The Charlotte Crash Pads (Owners) reserve the right to impose rate increases at any time with a thirty-day prior notice. Additionally, Charlotte Crash Pads reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time. Payment is due on the 1st of each month. 

PAYMENTS

Payments are due in full and to be paid via Stessa on the 1st of the month.  A $25.00 late fee will be applied for each day payment is late. If payments haven’t been settled within fourteen days the tenant will forfeit their deposit and this agreement will be terminated.

DEPOSIT AND FEES

A deposit of $200.00 will be held in a non-interest bearing account for the duration of this agreement. A thirty-day notice of intent to terminate is required for return of said deposit. 

TERMINATION OF CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

A thirty-day advance notice of intent to vacate via email or text message is required for the tenant to terminate this agreement. Failure to submit aforementioned notice will result in forfeiture of deposit.*The only exception is short- notification base transfer by employer. *Notices given on or after the 1st of the month are still responsible for that month's rent.

Zero Tolerance Harrassment and Disorderly Conduct Policy

Any and all allegations of harasment, bullying or discrimation will be taken seriously and handled confidentially.  Tenants must treat their fellow housemates with respect and maintain a comfortable living environment amongst each other.  The landlord holds the right to immediatly terminate a tenants lease agreement if this policy is violated.

OCCUPANCY

I {name} agree that this facility will not be used as a primary residence. Occupation of the Charlotte Crash Pads facilities will only be utilized as is necessary to fulfill required schedule obligations to my employer as an airline employee. The payment amounts are reflective of commuting employees only, not full-time occupancy.

LIABILITY

Charlotte Crash Pads assume no responsibility for the personal security of house-guests, or the loss of personal belongings. You assume all the normal liabilities associated with a shared living arrangement.

GUEST POLICY

For security and liability reasons, no persons unknown to Charlotte Crash Pads are permitted on any of the premises. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of this agreement and forfeiture of all monies paid.  Our facilities are for paying customers only!
