Vendor Registration ENDS Oct 10th. On date of registration, Vendor Must pay in full. (Multi-event Promo (Extended Sept 25th) 10% discount for multiple dates)

2-Hour TASTING (Sampling) Agreement:
The First 2 Hours of each day will be dedicated to TASTING/SAMPLING ONLY. Each FOOD, DESSERT, & BEVERAGE vendor is required to serve 250+ Small Samples with the goal of attendees Experiencing Your Cuisine/Beverage. Please place samples in small cups or containers and place TASTE OF SOUL-CLT stickers, provided by BBOC, on each sample. Samples must be available the entire two hour timeframe. You are welcome to make additional samples. This is a MARKETING CAMPAIGN for FOOD, DESSERT, & BEVERAGE Vendors and provides attendees an opportunity to Get A Taste of your amazing cuisines, Deserts, & Beverages. Although not required, we encourage you to have marketing material on-hand: business cards, brochures, etc. BBOC will email you a Taste of Soul-ClT Roster so you can retain emails, phone number etc of attendees.. BBOC is a federally recognized 501-(c)3 non-profit, and will provide you a GIVING RECEIPT for tax-purposes, upon request. The receipt will reflect the in-kind monetary value of 250 samples. Proceeded from Tasting Ticket sales will benefit BBOC’s Community First & Youth Entrepreneurial Programs. Attendees will provide you a ticket for each sample. 1 Ticket per sample. After the 2 hour Tasting timeframe, All Vendors May sell from their regular menu and price points (5 Hours). You cannot opt-out of this arrangement and must abide by this agreement to be permitted to attend event. RETAIL (Artists, NPO’s, & Service) VENDORS are asked to provide a 50% discount on 5+ select items during this 2 hour timeframe. Discounts and Sale items must be conspicuously displayed. TASTE OF SOUL-CLT is A Special Event and we have adjusted price points to reflect our appreciation for your Samples and Discounts. No other adjustments or arrangements will be made. Please see terms and conditions for additional expectations, including setup. Setup details will also be sent via email 48hours prior to TASTE OF SOUL-CLT .
