GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE*

1. The personal data Administrator is 3BIRD K.Gajko J.Ksepko Sp.j., ul. Żurawia 71, 15-540 Białystok, Polska. 2. Personal data will be processed under Article 6, section 1, items c and e of the General regulation on personal data protection dated April 27th 2016 for the purpose of implementing the project “Development and implementation of an innovative service, namely: Marine research on migrating birds using a stabilized ornithological radar” that benefits from a grant from the Norwegian Government under the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014–2021, in particular for the purpose of conducting an opening seminary, conference, evaluation, financial report and audit. 3. The scope of personal data to be obtained: identification data, in particular: first name and surname; employment data, in particular: place of employment, job title; contact details, in particular: e-mail address, telephone number. 4. Personal data shall be obtained directly from the persons concerned, namely participants of the meetings. 5. Personal data may be disclosed only to authorized entities under the applicable legal regulations or on the basis of concluded personal data processing agreements. 6. Personal data will be processed during a period of at least 5 years from the approval of the final Financial Report by the EEA Financial Mechanism Committee, at the same time taking into account the provisions of the Act of July 14th 1983 on National Archive Resources and Archives. 7. Those persons to whom the personal data relates have the following rights ensuing from the GDPR: to access personal data and obtain a copy of that data, as well as to obtain information on the scope of data processing by the Administrator; to request modification and correction of one’s data including, if there are no other legal reasons, to limit the scope of its processing; to request the deletion of one’s personal data (the so-called "right to be forgotten"), on condition that there are no legal contraindications; not to be subject to automated decisions based on profiling; to object to improper processing of personal data (including withdrawal of consent); to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (the Chairman of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa). 8. Provision of personal data is voluntary. Refusal to provide data will result in being unable to participate in the events organized under the project by the data administrator. 9.
