To make a reservation, review the GSGWM Troop Camping Guide to choose your sleeping space(s) and rental item(s).

Check your dates and locations on the Property Reservation Calendar on the Troop Camping page of the website.

Reservations must be made at minimum four weeks in advance.

Submit this form with First Aid/CPR, GSGWM training, and payment information. Incomplete forms delay processing.

Reservations are processed every Tuesday in the order in which they were received.

Overnight rentals are from 5pm-11am. Rentals over consecutive days include the period from 11am-5pm. If you wish to arrive before 5pm, please choose either day use arrival (arrival between 11:00am and 5:00pm) or early arrival (arrival between 8:00am and 11:00am) from the menu below. Additional fees apply.

Based on your planned activities, please choose one description to determine the level of outdoor training required. If you are planning a meeting or day use only, please use the troop meeting form instead.

We are planning a 1-night overnight in a lodge or adirondacks; and/or building campfires, and/or using stick or one-pot cooking. These activities require an adult with First Aid/CPR training and GSGWM OAW training OR BOLS training OR AOLS training.We are planning a multiple night overnight in a lodge or adirondack; and/or using tents for 1 or more nights in an established campsite; and/or using a propane stove, dutch oven, or other cooking method(s) beyond stick and one-pot cooking. These activities require an adult with First Aid/CPR training and GSGWM BOLS training OR AOLS training.

Specialist Activities:

See the GSGWM Troop Camping Guide and Safety Activity Checkpoints for requirements for lifeguard certification, and boating and archery requirements. Personal watercraft are not permitted at GSGWM waterfronts. If you are providing your own qualified activity specialist(s) you will need to submit certification documents with this application. Payment will not be processed without certification.
