  • OCAF is now accepting submissions for the 27th annual SouthWorks National Juried Art Exhibition!

     

  • Submissions are due no later than

    Sunday, November 7 at 11:59 pm

  • Please read all instructions thoroughly and fill out all fields. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

    All submissions must be filled out via this form. The juror will be selecting works of art for the exhibition remotely and will not be able to visit OCAF before the exhibition. OCAF does not have the facilities to house artworks not currently on display and we can not accept any physical artwork submissions. 

    If you are having trouble filling out the form, please stop by OCAF or call us and we will be happy to assist you! You may also schedule an appointment with the staff to come fill out the form in person. We can assist with photographing and will have a computer for you to use.

  • Artists may submit up to 3 artworks to be considered for the show. All mediums and sizes are welcome. 

    Please upload a high resolution image of EACH INDIVIDUAL WORK. Images may be used for marketing purposes and will also be used by jurors to select artwork for the exhibition. It is in your best interest to upload the highest quality image possible of your work. The juror will not see your work in person while selecting artworks! Make sure images are in full color, not blurry, and accompanied by any detail shots you feel are necessary.

    Please label images with the same name as the title of the artwork and the last name. (Example: The Women of Earth-Smith)

    I understand that OCAF will assume responsibility of artworks throughout the duration of the exhibition and until February 25th. I also understand that this is a juried exhibition and that my submission fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether my work is selected to be in the final exhibiton. Furthermore, OCAF has my permission to post or save any submitted images for marketing or archival purposes. I understand that OCAF will deduct 35% of my list price on any sold artworks. 

  • Payment

    If you would like to pay in person, it is your responsibility to contact the OCAF office within 48 hours of your submission. Submissions that are not paid within that time-frame will not be eligible for the exhibition. Please select PAY IN OFFICE, then contact the OCAF Office Administrator, Sherry Woodruff (706.769.4565) to make in person payments.
