Thanks for your interest in displaying art at Toledo Lucas County Public Library. The Library selects displays to share a variety of artistic mediums, styles and points of view within the community. Art to be displayed should adhere to local community standards and be appropriate for both youth and adult audiences. We receive far more submissions than our modest spaces allow. After a thorough review of your information provided below, we will reach out with a decision or with further questions.

At which location would you like to display your work?*

Kent-Display area is in three (3) distinct spaces with three separate walls with a 40’ vertical from the hanging rail. Wall 1: 28 feet / Wall 2: 9 feet / Wall 3: 7 feet. Artists are responsible for having proper hardware already pre-installed for hanging.Maumee-Display area is a hallway with space on 5 walls. There is a 40' vertical space from the hanging rail to just above the handrail. Wall 1: 16 feet / Wall 2: 12 feet / Wall 3: 16 feet / Wall 4: 19 feet / Wall 5: 11.5 feet. Artists are responsible for having proper hardware already pre-installed for hanging.Sanger-Display area is 36' long, 36'' high and holds approximately 10-12 2D pieces. Artists are responsible for having proper hardware already pre-installed for hanging.Waterville-Display area is above shelves on two walls, forming an L shape. There is 112" of horizontal between the two walls. There is 35" of vertical space between the hanging rail and the top of the shelves. Artists are responsible for having proper hardware already pre-installed for hanging.Waterville-Display case is 53" wide, 14" deep, and 60" tall, with two adjustable glass shelves, a wooden bottom shelf, and locking glass doors.
