Radio does not include:
• International Radio or non-simulcast internet radio (e.g. iHeart Radio, Rova, BBC, webcasts, podcasts)
• Television (including free-to-air, paid and digital, general programming and sports)
• Apps (e.g. iHeart Radio, Rova, BBC, webcasts, podcasts)
• Digital music services (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Soundcloud, Netflix)
• CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray, Vinyl and Cassette Tapes
• Supplied Background Music
• Non-simulcast Hold Music on your phone system
• Live music, DJs, or Karaoke
• Digitised, copied, or transferred music or the curation of playlists

To ensure fairness to the businesses who hold a OneMusic Licence, and those in the business of making music, all businesses are subject to compliance checks. Before you start playing anything other than New Zealand Radio, ensure you have a full OneMusic licence in place first.
