  • Requested Shots: Capture a minimum of 50 photos.

    If more are taken, please select the best 50 

    ALL PHOTO NAMES SHOULD INCLUDE EVENT CITY!!!

    How to submit: Upload  content to https://tinyurl.com/IWUPLOAD

    Please capture the following: 

    • All Group Pictures (Speak to the coordinator for info or to arrange shot)
    • Photo/Video of Camaraderie in action
    • Photo/Video of Humor/Laughter
    • Capture Diversity at the event (different branches, genders, ages, etc. )
    • Photo/Video of historic, monuments, scenic views, etc.

    All photos taken should be in standard formats 3:2, 4:3, 16:9, or 16:10.

    Please ensure all videos are under 10 minutes in length.


    Please do not capture: 

    • Lude or Indecent Behavior
    • Illegal Activities
    • Alcohol in Public (Unless authorized)


    Editing: Any and all watermarks should be limited to less than 10% in size and located in the lower right corner of said photos/videos.

    It should not block or take focus away from captured content and made 30%-80% transparent if it does so.

    To allow for images to be enlarged, please do not compress images.
