Nevada State Baby/Prince Charming Cinderella Pageant is Monday June 16
LOCATION: Santa Fe Hotel Ballroom in Las Vegas
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Sun June 15: Early Registration for Baby’s
Mon June 16 : Baby playtime & pageant, & Cameo Pageant
Order of events for entire Baby Pageant: Registration (if you did not register on Sunday) , Playtime, Casualwear, Partywear, Awards
WHAT DOES IT COST:
REQUIRED ENTRY FEE: required by all participants: $550 (includes photogenic fee, entry fee, special services fee including but not limited to Program book, registration packet, number, name badge, Chaperone & participant insurance, state raffle fee. Etc. )
OPTIONAL COSTS: (note you can sign up at the bottom of this form or go to the website at www.CinderellaNevada.com and click on State Entry Forms and go to the Baby entry forms)
Cameo Pageant: $115 (ages 2 & above)
Score Sheet Talent: $25 (ages 3 & above)
Add on Hotel day Friday or Saturday: $210 x each night
Add on Hotel day for Sun - Thurs: $110 x each night
Photogenic Only Entry (for girls not registered for regular state ether baby or cinderella) Winners need not be present but must submit a physical 8 x 10 photo for judging by June 15th: $150
Additional Photogenic Photos for judging: $10 each
Professional Video from Baby State $75 or $100
State T-shirts for chaperone or others: $20 (note Baby's T-shirt in now included in Entry Fees) (chaperone's can order too)
Blue Satin Jacket Preordered: $70
Optional AW Photo Plan Pictures of week: $10 to $299 (see A & W Baby Photogenic form)
Advertising Full page (for cover girl judging): $140
Advertising Half page (for cover girl judging): $80
Advertising Quarter page: $50
Advertising Business card: $35
Additional Photos for Ad pages: $20 each
Badge Only for additional spectators at Baby Pageant: $10
Additional Program Book: $15
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

**Complete Payment/Depositt Form: (must have $50 deposit in by May 15th Deadline) (must have a $200 deposit in by May 15th if you are booking a hotel room)
**Complete Baby/Prince Charming Emcee Card Form
**Email a Photogenic picture for the program book by May 15th

Bring 8 x 10 photogenic picture to registration at state

Bring about 30 “Good luck” souvenir gifts to be disturbed to all participants/staff (this number could be different depending on number of participants)
