TO GET STARTED:
Fill out the questionnaire and email it to us at sales@conciergegrp.com. Your consultation appointment will be confirmed by our staff. A member of our staff will meet with you virtually to discuss your event. After your date is confirmed available and your consultation is complete, a fee of $100.00 non refundable save the date deposit will become immediately due. The $100.00 fee is applied towards your invoice balance should you hire us. Once the details of your event are mutually agreed upon you will receive an invoice for the event deposit (20% of event total minus save the date deposit) will be due within 72 hours. As a courtesy when your consultation is scheduled The Concierge will tentatively block off your event time and day for 5 days to allow time for your consultation to be scheduled. No dates are held or reserved for your event until the $100.00 non refundable save the deposit fee is paid. Please keep in mind any venue deposits must be paid separately.
• Clients can opt for a in person consultation which is $300.00 per hour. A non-refundable deposit is required
*Consultation fee is not waived for site visits.
