Masks must be worn while in the establishment. Please keep your mask on during entire wax appointment. Clients will not be required to wear masks during facial services. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment if you experience symptoms related to COVID-including fever, cough, shortness of breath, or any flu-like symptoms. COVID cancellations are still subject to cancellation/rescheduling fees if we are not notified within 48 hours before the appointment.

Please arrive on time to avoid cancellation/rescheduling fee. Same day cancellation/rescheduling will result in a charge for 100% of the missed service to the payment method on file. Please call or text 253-2698403 if there will be delays Including traffic and you will be given an additional 10 grace period before the appointment is canceled.   Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel and/or reschedule.

If the card on file is declined for any cancellation/rescheduling fees, please be advised the transaction will continue to be attempted for up to 30 days. If unable to retrieve payment you will no longer be able to book with us for an appointment.
