This form is for members of the community to apply for a position as a Zone Coach Developer with Hockey Victoria.
The role of the Zone Coach Developer (ZCD) is to assist HV in the identification, development, and retention of coaches throughout Victoria.

All appointed Zone Coach Developers are provided with a black soft shell jacket with "Zone Coach Developer" printed across the back. All generic sizes are available.
Documentation
In order to work with Hockey Victoria, all applicants over the age of 18 will be required to have a current Victorian Working with Children's Check (WWCC-E), the E stands for an Employee level check, please ensure you obtain this. Please upload both a front and back photo/scan of your WWCC or VIT card below.

To apply for a WWCC please click here. Please note we will not accept V (Volunteer) level WWCC checks.

In order to be a Zone Coach Developer, you must hold a WWCC-E or be willing to obtain one. You do not require one in order to complete your application

Coaching Experience
You do not need to be an accredited coach in order to become a Zone Coach Developer, however, you will be required to complete professional training through Hockey Australia's HockeyEd program as a part of the role.

If you do possess a hockey coaching accreditation it is beneficial.
