Thank you considering Kyra's Kreations for your Custom Treat needs. Please fill out the form so that we can best assist you. We do our best to reply in a WEEK to your inquiry. However, it may take longer for requests sent Thursday through Saturday, or during busy seasons and holidays. It is recommended to submit inquiries at least 4 to 8 weeks in advance of your event date. Deposit & Terms
Once your inquiry is received, it will be reviewed. If KK is able to accommodate the request a contract detailing the order will be sent to the email address provided for review. A retainer secures your event date. It is required and is not refundable or transferable. 50% of the order total is due within 72 hours of contract being sent. All last minute (7 days or less) or orders $100 or less must be paid in full. Order may be canceled if not paid on time. Final payment must be paid 7 days before pick up/delivery. Kyra's Kreations has the right to cancel any order.
