This Data Due Diligence questionnaire is designed to provide an assessment of how close your data or data service is to being ready to stand up to scrutiny. The more information you can give us in this form, the easier it will be for us to determine where your data or data service is well prepared and where any further input is required. Please also be as accurate as you can with your response, noting that where we ask if you have a report (e.g. market data) we will ask to see that data at some point in the process.
There are multiple questions covering all the key areas and data due diligence. We estimate that it will probably take a maximum of 1 hour to fill the form in completely if you have all the information to hand. You do not have to complete the whole form in one go - you can save it and come back to it as many times as you like before sending it to us.
Clicking ‘next’ at the end of each page takes you to the next page, clicking ‘save’ will save your submission so you can come back to it later. Saving is advised, which requires an easy registration with Jot Forms. You can use next and back to move between the pages and it will remember your answers if you’re still in the form, but we recommend you save as you go along.

If you don't have the relevant information or cannot answer a particular question, then you can either leave the question blank or select 'not applicable' as an answer.
Where a number is required, please complete in the currency you select on Page 1 (if a financial number is required) of the audit and in the denomination of a million.
