To make a reservation, choose your sleeping space(s) and rental item(s) from the GSGWM Troop Camping Guide.

Check availability of the dates and locations on the Property reservation calendar online.

Reservations must be made at minimum of four weeks in advance.

Submit this form with documentation of First Aid/CPR, GSGWM training, and payment information. Incomplete forms delay processing.

Reservations are processed every Tuesday in the order in which they were received.

GSGWM Outdoor Training Review the options below and choose the one that matches your planned activities for your overnight. Then enter the name and certification of your trained adult below. If you are not planning an overnight or camping experience, please use the Troop Meeting form for your reservation.

We are planning a 1-night overnight in a lodge or adirondacks; and/or building campfires, and/or using stick or one-pot cooking. If you are providing your own qualified activity specialist(s), you will need to submit certification documents with this application. Payment will not be processed without certification.
