  •  BOOKINGS: To secure a date, a signed contract and $75.00 deposit are required. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. This deposit will be put toward the client’s total wedding day balance if the client chooses wedding day services. The remaining balance will be due one week prior to wedding. An invoice will be sent. Please note that bridal consultations and deposit fees are two separate costs.

     

    TRIAL: A trial run is required 30-60 days prior to your wedding. Trial runs are scheduled Tuesday- Thursday at our studio located at 214 2nd Street, Monongahela, PA 15063. Please come to a makeup trial with a Clean, moisturized, makeup free face so that we can have the best possible base to work with. Due to covid, we are not providing lip services. We ask that you bring your own lip color. For hair, please make sure your hair is dry and ready to be styled. Bring any hair pieces you plan to use for the day of the wedding. 

     

    LIABILITY: All brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. Also due to this clause, I am not able to tweeze or razor eyebrows.

     

    DELAYS:  A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if the scheduled hair/makeup application exceeds the allotted time due to client delays. It is very important that the bridal party is ready to sit in the chair and  get their service when the time comes. Time will vary so we recommend having everyone there so that when its their turn, they are there and ready to go. 

     

    SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: Makeup and hair styling will be completed to the client’s satisfaction, and acceptance of the completed makeup application is acknowledgement by the client that the makeup and hair styling is done to the client’s satisfaction.

     

    PARKING FEES: Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred. This amount will be included in the final bill and will be due on the day of the event.

     

    TRAVEL FEES: A travel fee of $65 for the first 50 miles will be added to the balance. A mileage fee ($0.75/mile both ways) will be charged for locations outside of the 50-mile radius of 15012. Travel fees apply for all pre-event makeup consultations as well as day-of appointments.

     

    PAYMENT: The final balance is due one week prior to date of services . The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on this contract.

     

    SOCIAL MEDIA & WEBSITE: Photos taken at the trial or your professional photos may be used as examples of my work for future clients to view. Your photographer will receive proper credit for their work. You agree to me using these photos, as well as give consent to using your professional photos on my website/portfolio/social media. I will email you to request these photos and will also reach out to your photographer.

     

    SERVICE LOCATION & REQUIREMENTS: The location of makeup and hair styling services for the day-of-event will be at the Bride’s discretion, but there are certain requirements the artist will need to complete the services. A set-up table/work area/chair/trashcan/outlet will need to be made available for the Artist. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly. Artist will arrive 15 minutes prior to set-up. Please communicate the hotel room number if applicable by email or text.

     

    CANCELLATION POLICY: Your booking is a reserved spot. If you decide to cancel your wedding day services, you will not receive a refund of your deposit. If you cancel with less than one week before your wedding, you will not receive back the deposit or final payment. All cancellations must be submitted communicated in written form either by email or text.

I agree to pay the complete balance for my party on the day of the wedding as listed in this contract on or before my wedding day. I understand and will comply with all policies as listed in this contract. I understand that no refunds will be given for members of the wedding party who miss their appointments on the day of the wedding. I also understand that I am responsible for balances from any members of my party who fail to provide payment.
